Gorsha Sur, Esq.
Gorsha earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of California Hastings College of Law in 2006. Prior to joining our firm Gorsha worked for Child Support Services and aided in establishing, modifying, and reinforcing child support orders. Prior to his transition into family law Gorsha specialized in data privacy, business transactions, and dispute resolution matters. Gorsha has managed a caseload of over $500Million involving issues of federal, California, and international law. His superior negotiation skills and command over multiple areas of business and international law make him an asset to working with the complexities and legal overlap involved in all family law matters.
Gorsha is originally from Russia and is bi-lingual and bi-literate in Russian. He also speaks French at an intermediate level having learned it when living in Paris, France. Gorsha is a former elite athlete and figure skating champion: a two-time U.S. Ice Dancing Champion (1993, 1995), World Professional Figure Skating Champion (1997), Member of the preeminent Stars on Ice tour featuring Olympic and World figure skating champions (1997-2002), and Choreographer for Olympic and World Figure Skating champions. Gorsha, his wife, and beautiful (and spoiled) Blue Heeler live in Alameda County.
