DIVORCE

In any child support proceeding, the amount of child support is calculated by a computer program the “statewide uniform child support guideline.” CHILD CUSTODY/VISITATION As one of the biggest concerns for many clients, and with a handful of parents on our staff, we will assist in creating a custody and visitation plan that best suits your family dynamic and negotiate on our clients’ behalf to reach an agreed-upon plan. SPOUSAL SUPPORT California law provides that spousal support or “alimony” may be granted to either spouse in a proceeding for marital dissolution or legal separation. In Mediation, the mediator can help you and your spouse identify the issues for discussion, gather and exchange information and documents, explore settlement options and facilitate the resolution of issues to the satisfaction of both of you outside the public Courtroom.
