Jessica I. Neugebauer, Esq.
In 2015 Ms. Neugebauer earned her Juris Doctor degree, with a specialization in Civil Law, from the University of Buenos Aires, School of Law, in Argentina. While living in Argentina Ms. Neugebauer practiced various areas of law, including, family law. After moving to the United States in 2018, she continued her commitment to helping families in transition and focused her area of practice to Family Law and Estate Planning and Litigation.
Ms. Neugebauer is committed to helping clients navigate through one of the most challenging periods of their lives while keeping a clear perspective to achieve the best possible result. She brings compassion and dedication to each matter. Having experienced her own divorce, she understands the emotional trauma and impact that divorce can have on a family. Consequently, she is a strong advocate for our client's through every stage of the separation and divorce process. She uses keen negotiating skills and effective advocacy to address her clients’ unique concerns and personal goals.
Ms. Neugebauer lives in Contra Costa, and when she's not honing her legal skills, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and being active in her community. Ms. Neugebauer is fluent in Spanish.
