OFFICE MANAGER
LINA CHACON Lina is the Office Manager at Crabtree Law, PC and one of the first voices clients hear when they contact our firm. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she brings nearly two decades of prior family law experience and has held nearly every administrative position at our firm since joining in 2020. Lina’s strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deep understanding of our processes allow her to support clients and attorneys with efficiency and care. Promoted to Office Manager in 2024, Lina now oversees firm operations while continuing to guide families through their legal journeys with compassion and professionalism. Lina is deeply respected and loved by both our clients and the professionals with whom we collaborate, including court staff, opposing counsel, and outside service providers. Her warmth, responsiveness, and reliability make her a trusted point of contact and a calming presence during what can often be a stressful time for families. Her ability to maintain positive relationships across all aspects of a case helps ensure smoother communication and more effective results for those we serve. A longtime Contra Costa County resident, Lina enjoys spending time with her family, which include her adult children and three dogs. |

KENDRA MAXWELL Kendra joined our team in 2023. Kendra brings over 16 years of dedicated experience to the table. With a solid foundation in family law, Kendra has honed her skills over the course of her extensive career. After relocating to the Bay Area, Robert continued to refine his expertise by working with several well-known family law firms, where he developed a reputation for his professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to client care. For the past five years, Robert has been a part-time member of the Crabtree Law team, balancing his wealth of experience with a dedication to supporting families through complex transitions.
Now serving full-time, Robert dedicates his energy exclusively to Crabtree Law and its clients. His role ensures that the firm’s operations run seamlessly and that every client receives attentive, compassionate, and effective support during their legal journey.
