Case Manager
LINA CHACON Lina is our firms' Case Manager. Lina worked as a family law legal assistant for nearly two decades. She is bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and is likely the first voice one will hear when one contacts our firm. Her work within previous Bay Area family law firms has given Lina the tools and training necessary to thrive under the demands of her position. Lina joined our firm in early 2021 and rose to the position of Case Manager in 2022 after her exceptional work as a legal assistant. Lina acts as a liaison between Attorneys and our clients and assists them with tracking the progression of cases while helping to ensure that all necessary documents and court filings are effectively organized, and managed. Her attention to detail and ability to multitask is unparalleled. As soon as you begin working with Lina her passion for helping our families is undeniable. As an integral part of the firm, Lina thrives in a collaborative environment. Working closely with experienced attorneys and fellow legal professionals, Lina leverages her expertise to support clients effectively at every stage of the legal process. Through seamless teamwork and open communication, Lina ensures that clients receive the highest standard of legal representation and support. Our firm is lucky to have her as a part of our team and as someone who is able to help support our families through the emotional strain of their family law case. Lina is a long time Contra Costa County resident. When she's not helping our clients she is spending time with her family, adult children, and watching and bingeing her favorite Netflix shows. |

KENDRA MAXWELL Kendra joined our team in 2023. Kendra brings over 16 years of dedicated experience to the table. With a passion for family law and a commitment to serving clients with integrity and compassion, Kendra plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support and assistance to individuals and families navigating complex legal matter. With a solid foundation in family law, Kendra has honed her skills over the course of her extensive career. From divorce and separation to child custody and support, Kendra possesses a deep understanding of the legal intricacies involved in various family law issues. Her expertise also extends to property division, domestic violence protection, and paternity matters, ensuring that clients receive expert guidance across a wide spectrum of family-related legal concerns. Kendra is a California native and has worked for several notable Family Law firms prior to joining our team. Kendra's experience allows her to easily and effectively manage a large caseload between multiple attorneys with ease, patience, and compassion. Kendra is an invaluable member of our team and we are extremely fortunate to have her. |
