A staff member can direct you to a trailed Family Law Facilitator who can assist with the completion of legal forms and provide general legal information concerning child support and /or spousal support, establishment of paternity, dissolution (divorce), legal separation, and health insurance. Services are provided free of charge. NOTE: A Family Law Facilitator can NOT give legal advice. They are there to exclusively aid in filling out forms. 530 Union Avenue, Second Floor Fairfield, CA 94533 Legal Access Center and Family Law Facilitator Hours: The Solano Legal Access Center and Family Law Facilitator are open to the public every weekday EXCEPT Wednesday from 8:15 AM to 12:00 PM. They offer their services on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. They are closed on Wednesdays. On Fridays they help with restraining orders ONLY. Try to get here before noon 12:00 PM as they work on a first-come first-served basis. You should arrange for someone to watch your children while you are there as they will not help you if you bring your children (unless you are there for help with a restraining order). You should be prepared to wait several hours to be helped. They can help people with the following matters:
SPECIAL HOURS FOR RESTRAINING ORDERS: If you need help with a domestic violence restraining order, you may go to their office on any weekday.
